Da meine rechtlichen/technischen/fachlichen Beiträge aus den vergangenen Tagen vermisst werden, möchte ich kurz Rede und Antwort stehen.
Wie einige von euch mitbekommen haben, hatten wir noch recht kurzfristig eine Verkehrswertermittlung/Marktwertanalyse von einer Immobilieninvestorengruppe angenommen, welche an einem Bieterverfahren teilgenommen hatte.
Das Immobilienportfolio umfasste 11 Mehrfamilienhäuser von 2 bis 10 Wohneinheiten, 3 Grundstücke und 4 Gewerbeobjekte mit Bruttogrundflächen von rund 8.000 m², sprich einem 8-stelligen Marktwert.
Da die Bewertung neben meinem ursprünglichen Tagesgeschäft sowie zwei Todesfälle in der Familie abgewickelt werden musste, blieb nicht wirklich viel Zeit.
Daher möchte ich nochmals meinen besonderen Dank an meinen Sohn @diggifly_lange sowie wirfliegendrohne.de und auch Mandy von @immo_mas aussprechen, ohne die ein derartiges Unterfangen hätte gar nicht bewältigt werden können.
Daher macht euch keine Sorgen neue Beiträge aus diesen Gefilden folgen demnächst wieder.
